Do you want to escape the winter chill and feel the Mexican sun? Join us for morning and evening Yoga sessions with the SOYA Yoga Teacher Training students in Mexico! Deepen all aspects of your practice, including asana, pranayama, kirtan, meditation, mudras & mantra! Sessions run daily from 8-10am and 5:30-7:30pm. Stay for a 2nd week and get the classes for free as the students begin to teach! COST: $300 including hst. Please register before November 1st 2010 so we can help you to arrange accommodations.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS: Accommodations are booked separately and the options are outlined on the attachment above titled “See poster”. Mugs will offer assistance if required to help you confirm your rooms. It is better to book them early than late, to ensure they are available.

FLIGHTS: You can fly into Manzanillo Airport which is a half hour from Melaque. Or, you can fly into Puerto Vallarta and take a 5 hour bus ride south to Melaque. If you choose to fly into Puerto Vallarta please allow an extra day for arrival and departure to ensure you can make bus connections.

Prerequisites: Anatomy and Physiology, First Aid and CPR, 30 hours training with an Independent SOYA Faculty Member. Please inquire for more information regarding these prerequisites. Please register by November 2010 to ensure we can arrange accommodations and you have time for completion of some written assignments prior to arrival.
Cost: $2500 plus hst = $2800. Flights and accommodations are separate (see info below).

The yoga retreat is being held on-site exclusively at Hotel Laguinta in Yelapa (Peurto Vallarta) Mexico. Just open your door and you’re already there to practice! Yoga studio faces the ocean with windows and open doors so the breeze keeps you at the most perfect temperature (that’s for all you hot potatoes out there)! 20 spaces available ONLY for yoga! (8 additional spaces available for those not practicing yoga).
